Two Self-catering Holiday cottages on the shores of the Derryhick Lake, between Castlebar and Pontoon in Co. Mayo. An Ideal starting point when visiting the West of Ireland. A Pike Angling paradise as the Derryhick lake is annually stocked with pike from Lough Cullen & Lough Conn. A peaceful location at the end of a quiet lane, yet only 12 km from busy Castlebar.

Angling notes:

The largest pike (see picture) caught on the lake in 2010, thesame group was back this March(2011) for 5 days, see catches on page 3

Ina Hillebrand from Holland (July 2011) caught 2 pike at thesame time on 1 lure !! see pictures of this unique catch on page 3
